Mobile disco (DJ) for up to 4 hours is £200 and £20 per hour after 4 hours
Event photography for up to 3 hours is £150 and £50 per hour after the 3 hours

All the above services are provided by myself and the following is the content of a typical agreement
(wording may change in response to your needs):
This is an agreement for services by Ian Stephens of Chameleon Roadshow
Note: All items with (*) means if applicable.
You have requested to be supplied with Photography services from Ian Stephens of Chameleon roadshow photography
Description: All day Wedding photography (11am until 6.30pm) & DJ with evening photography (7.30pm until midnight)
Function date: 23rd July 2022

It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement” form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or
modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both Ian Stephens (chameleon roadshow) and the client, in
writing.
TOTAL ORIGINAL COST: £ *DISCOUNT OR PROMOTION:
*BOOKING DEPOSIT A deposit of £ is due within 21 days of receiving this agreement. This deposit is returnable up to 6 months
before your event date unless your function is within 6 months from the date of this agreement (see cancellation).

*SECOND DEPOSIT: A second deposit of £ is required 3 months before your event date. (PAID ON )
BALANCE: Outstanding amount of £ is required before services start for your event. If being paid on the day of the event the
funds will need to be cash or bank transfer. (PAID ON )
*CREATIVE LICENCE: Ian Stephens (and employees) have the right to take pictures of all members attending the function
described in this agreement and the right to use these images wholly or in part in any publication (commercial or otherwise)
, portfolio or public display and shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used.
My judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken, shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the
weather and the availability and willingness of subjects, Ian Stephens will do is best to honor requested photographs but do not
undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.
*COPYRIGHT: The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to Ian Stephens. You may not copy the photographs
taken under this contract, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means without permission
from Ian Stephens
*EXCLUSIVITY: Ian Stephens (and employees) shall be the professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. I do
however positively encourage family, friends, and other guests to take photographs throughout the day.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the unlikely event of total *photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Ian Stephens’s (Chameleon
Roadshow) control, my liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CANCELLATION: If Ian Stephens (Chameleon Roadshow) must cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control, (death, injury, sickness etc.), my liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. (In all cases, apart from death, Ian Stephens will first attempt to find an alternative representative to fulfil the work to be done.)
Should the client cancel the booking after 14 days from the date of signing the contract (unless death or sickness) as compensation for loss of income for Ian Stephens (Chameleon Roadshow), the following charges apply (days until event date): 180 days = booking deposit. 15- 90 days = booking deposit & second deposit. 14 days or less = Full amount for services on this agreement.
Should the cancelled event turn out to be a postponement then, subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to the
new event. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies to the start of the new date amendment.
If Ian Stephens (Chameleon Roadshow) is not available on the new date applied from postponement, then all money will be refunded unless changes apply within cancellation charges as shown above then cancellation charges apply.
PRIVACY: Ian Stephens will store your name and event details on a private internal database. These details will not be made
available to companies or individuals outside of Ian Stephens (Chameleon Roadshow).
Payment of deposit will confirm this agreement but please respond by post or email to confirm the following:
You have read and fully understand the schedule and terms of this contract (details shown overleaf) and realise that this contract
becomes effective only when deposit is payed. You agree that cancellation rates will apply in case of any cancellation by your
self’s (see 'cancellation' paragraph).
